Built Tough for Challenging Work

The CTD20-Y is designed with durability in mind, featuring a strong metal housing that helps withstand the impact and demands of daily warehouse operations. Large rubber wheels provide a stable foundation, while the 300 × 110 mm driving wheel and 260 × 100 mm load-bearing wheels support reliable movement.

Moreover, the off-road wheel configuration gives the truck greater adaptability when working across uneven surfaces or more demanding environments. With a 950 kg service weight including the battery, the overall structure provides a solid operating platform for loads up to 2,000 kg.

Control That Keeps Work Moving

Smooth operation starts with controls that are easy to understand and convenient to access. The CTD20-Y features an LCD display and key switch, allowing operators to monitor and control the truck with greater ease.

An emergency stop switch and emergency reverse safety device are also included to provide additional protection during operation. Meanwhile, mechanical steering helps the operator maintain direct control while maneuvering through working areas.

With a minimum turning radius of 1,480 mm, the CTD20-Y can navigate relatively confined spaces with greater flexibility. Its travel speed reaches 3.6 km/h whether laden or unladen, supporting consistent movement throughout routine handling tasks.

Flexible Forks, Wider Applications

Different pallets and working conditions can require different fork configurations. For this reason, the CTD20-Y uses adjustable forks, with an outside fork width ranging from 204 to 654 mm and an inside width from 124 to 574 mm.

The 1,070 mm long forks are designed to accommodate a range of pallet-handling requirements while giving operators more flexibility when positioning loads. In addition, the 40 mm minimum fork lowering height helps make pallet entry more convenient.

The truck provides a standard lift height of 1,600 mm, while its maximum extended height reaches 2,358 mm. As a result, it can support both floor-level pallet movement and elevated handling operations.

Lithium Power for Efficient Handling

Powered by a 48 V / 65 Ah battery system, the CTD20-Y delivers electric drive and lifting performance without relying on manual handling force. Its 1.5 kW drive motor and 3.0 kW lift motor provide dedicated power for travelling and lifting operations.

The lifting speed reaches 100 mm/s under both laden and unladen conditions, while the lowering speed reaches 120 mm/s. A 48 V / 10 A charger is matched to the battery system, and the 65 Ah battery weighs 75 kg.

Furthermore, electromagnetic braking provides controlled stopping, while the power system is designed to support dependable day-to-day operation.
